That said, I don't see anything wrong with going digital as long as we remember where we came from, but I think the vinyl interface is crucial to that even if it's using Serato... something about the feel of a turntable, at least for me, that makes DJ'ing what it is. I am a begginner and still acquiring some vinyl records and sometimes I wonder if that's still the way to go nowadays considering I would need a large collection of vinyls when there is Serato and digital sets out there where you can just DJ with MP3s and a laptop...
